Furniture and kitchen supplies - After years of experience, feedback, customer surveys and frequent requests from guest we have compiled a list of items that are deemed necessary for basic rental needs. They are long-time residents of Panama City Beach and have owned and managed many properties. They will maintain the property listings on rental websites and market it with their other properties. They will field inquiries and set reservations, collect fees and return deposits, they will physically check the property after guests leave, schedule the cleanings and regular servicing of mechanical items. You will receive monthly statements as well as have your Florida taxes filed for you.
